Turned a manual, checklist-driven onboarding into an automated sequence that never drops a step.
The challenge
Every new client meant the same repetitive setup: collecting details, sending welcome material, creating records, and assigning tasks, all by hand and easy to get inconsistent.
What we built
A tool that takes a new client from first form submission to fully set up automatically: records created, documents generated, welcome emails sent, and internal tasks assigned in the right order.
The result
Onboarding is consistent and fast, staff are freed from admin, and nothing gets forgotten between sign-up and kickoff.
We don’t show screenshots or logos for this project. Much of our work involves internal systems and sensitive data, so we keep client details confidential to protect their privacy. We’re happy to talk through specifics on a call.
