Booking and payments platform for a sports coaching club

A bespoke booking and payment system that replaced a subscription platform charging a monthly fee plus a percentage of every booking. Same capability, no booking-platform commission on top of card processing fees, and the club owns it.

An AI-assisted content production system for a regulated industry

A repeatable pipeline that takes a tax or accounting topic from research to a published article with its own artwork, social assets and search metadata, in the same shape every time.

The tool we built for our own bookkeeping: it reads supplier invoices out of the inbox, files them in the right place in the accounts drive, and reconciles them against the bank statement export when one is dropped in.

A shared drive had become an archaeology site. This replaced it with a document system that files things consistently and can find them again.
