The short version: we want everyone to be able to use this site comfortably, whatever technology they browse with. Mostly we succeed; where we don't, we want to hear about it, and we'll fix it.
1. Our commitment
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA across this site. In practice that means the layout works at any screen size and zoom level, everything can be reached with a keyboard alone, colours meet contrast requirements in both light and dark mode, and content is structured so screen readers can make sense of it.
2. What we've built in
- Full keyboard navigation, including glossary tooltips that work with keyboards and screen readers.
- Form labels and validation messages programmatically associated with their inputs, so errors are announced clearly.
- High-contrast palettes in both light and dark themes.
- No auto-playing video or motion-heavy components; where we embed media, we provide transcripts or captions.
- Meaningful headings and landmarks so you can skip to what you need.
3. Known limitations
Some third-party embeds, such as the Calendly booking calendar on our contact page, are outside our direct control, and their accessibility may vary. If any embed causes you difficulty, email us and we'll happily handle the same task with you directly instead.
4. Tell us what's in your way
If anything on this site is difficult to use with your setup, we genuinely want to know. Email [email protected] with the page address and, if you can, the assistive technology you use. We'll reply within five working days with either a fix or an honest timeline for one. In the meantime we'll help you get whatever you came here to do done another way.
