Every project gets a fixed price in writing before anything starts. These are starting points, so you know roughly where you stand before we talk.
Projects under £500 are invoiced once live, payable within 14 days. Projects of £500 and over are 50% upfront and 50% on completion. Registered charities get 20% off. We are not VAT registered, so there is no VAT to add.

Everything in Website, plus online booking for your services and staff, confirmation and reminder emails, and a simple calendar to manage it all.
These are starting prices, not quotes. Yours depends on the number of pages, features, content and the tools it connects to. You get a fixed price in writing before anything starts, and it does not change unless you ask for more.
When Discovery comes first
Bigger builds start with a plan.
For £300 we map what to build, how it fits with the tools you already use, and what it will cost. You get a written plan and a fixed quote, and the fee comes off the build if you go ahead. You will need one if your project involves:
- Customers or staff logging in to their own area
- Connecting three or more tools you already use
- Moving lots of records from an old system
- Sensitive information such as ID or financial documents

After it is live
Monthly, so you are not on your own.
Billed monthly in advance. Cancel with 30 days’ notice. A small change is updating text, photos, prices or opening hours; anything new gets quoted first.
