Automation that flags policies coming up for review

A policy is written once, approved, and then ages quietly. The review date is in the document, and the first time anyone checks is usually when somebody asks to see it.

Part of the practice management platform above, not a separate system.

What it does

Policies carry review dates that live inside the document, which is the one place nobody looks. This tracks them and raises them before the date.

The date is data, not a line in a document

Review dates are held where software can act on them, rather than in a footer nobody opens.

    Raised before the date

A reminder that arrives on the day a review was due is a notification of failure, so these come earlier than that.

We don’t publish screenshots, logos or client names for this work. Much of it runs inside a business and handles sensitive data, so we describe what was built rather than who it was built for. We’re happy to walk through the detail on a call.

Every build on this page started as a workflow that off-the-shelf software nearly handled. Tell us where the gap is and we’ll scope what it takes to close it.
